Politics suck
But did you vote anyway? Even though we are very cynical, I feel, as a generation, I think it’s very important to make some kind of statement even if you take a sophomoric stance by voting for your dirty sock or Homer Simpson. As a proud member of Gen Y, while I appreciate our own cautiousness and conniving for moments when our actions actually mean something, we do sit back on the sidelines far too often simply because action seems inconvenient or uncomfortable or pointless. While it may seem pointless to vote for people you think will do a mediocre job at best, it is far better than to lose the right entirely.
Believe me, things could be far worse than they are now. Anyway, I’m closing out for now. I will write more later, I’m sure.

You’ve got that right. Personally, I’d like to nominate Mickey Mouse for president. He’d be better than the other candidates we’ve been hearing about on CNN and Fox News lately, that’s for sure.
Mickey Mouse works. I’m an anime fanatic, so I’d probably put some funny Japanese name just because I can. I like the ones that mean weird things in English especially. Although it might work better for a coordinated effort with a real person, but… we shall see.
